Fabrication of (I) steel members

Steel structure production includes deepening, lofting, material, cutting, welding, correction and other links. The anti-slip coefficient of the friction surface of the high-strength bolt after treatment shall meet the requirements.
Shot blasting derusting and spraying shall be carried out after the production is completed and the quality is qualified. The derusting grade and spraying thickness of shot blasting must also meet the requirements of the drawings. Generally, 30~50mm shall not be painted temporarily at the welding seam of installation.

If the coating is damaged during transportation or loading and unloading, it shall be recoated during installation.

When installing columns, the positioning axis of each column must be directly guided from the ground control axis. 2) The exposed steel structure may be severely corroded by the atmosphere, especially the polluted atmosphere, and the most common is rust. It is necessary to carry out anti-corrosion treatment on the surface of the component to ensure the normal use of the steel structure. The method of anti-corrosion treatment is determined according to the requirements of the surface condition and service life of the component.
